By visiting fazilabs.com or messaging Fazilabs through Fazilabs Messaging on WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or message us through Fazilabs Messaging.

02About Fazilabs

Fazilabs is a trading name of Fazilabs Technologies Ltd. We are a software studio that builds websites and digital products, and we make our services and products available for enquiry and support through our website and through Fazilabs Messaging.

03Fazilabs Messaging on WhatsApp

Fazilabs Messaging lets you contact Fazilabson WhatsApp using Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Through it, we may respond to your enquiries, provide customer support, share information you have requested, and, in some cases, send automated replies to common questions. Messaging us through Fazilabs Messaging does not by itself create any additional contractual relationship beyond what is described in these terms and, if applicable, any separate agreement covering the services you have engaged us for.

04Acceptable use

When using our website or messaging us through Fazilabs Messaging, you agree not to:

• Send unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on our website or messaging systems
• Use Fazilabs Messaging to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content unrelated to a genuine enquiry
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use our services in a way that violates WhatsApp's or Meta's own terms and policies

05Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us, and for maintaining control of the WhatsApp account and phone number you use to message us. If you believe your WhatsApp account has been compromised, please stop using it to communicate with us and contact us through an alternative channel.

06Availability of services

We aim to keep our website and Fazilabs Messaging available and to respond to messages in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Our website and messaging service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, including outages or changes on the part of our hosting providers or the WhatsApp Business Platform.

07Third-party platforms and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform

Fazilabs Messagingdepends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to function. Your use of WhatsApp itself is governed by WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Business Terms, which apply independently of these terms. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or conduct of WhatsApp, Meta, or any other third-party platform we rely on or link to, and we do not control changes Meta may make to the WhatsApp Business Platform that affect Fazilabs Messaging.

08Intellectual property

The Fazilabs name, logo, website content, and the design and code of Fazilabs Messaging are the property of Fazilabs Technologies Ltd or our licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our website or Fazilabs Messaging without our prior written permission, except as necessary for your own personal, non-commercial use of our website.

09Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it to understand how we handle information, including information collected through Fazilabs Messaging.

10Disclaimers

Our website and Fazilabs Messagingare provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may suspend or stop responding to messages from a particular WhatsApp account if we reasonably believe it is being used in violation of these terms, applicable law, or WhatsApp's own policies. We may also discontinue Fazilabs Messaging, or change how it operates, at any time — for example, if Meta changes the terms or availability of the WhatsApp Business Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or Fazilabs Messaging after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
